Grouting Reinforcement Mechanism and Multimodel Simulation Analysis of Longwall Goaf

Grouting reinforcement is one of the most effective methods to enhance stability goaf, and its scheme selection, hole location, parameter determination directly affect success or failure goaf treatment. On basis discussion deformation mechanism evolution law longwall this article comprehensively analyzed grouting combined with filling theory, permeability fracturing theory studied physical chemical reaction principles two commonly used materials, cement-fly ash slurry cement-clay slurry. Three models have been established: whole grouting, local in fracture zone, strip then simulated effect more common by numerical simulation software (FLAC3D, tecplot, Surfer). Simulation analysis carried out from perspectives settlement deformation, horizontal movement, vertical stress, stress. Finally, feasibility treatment verified engineering example. The results show that a reasonable can effectively reduce residual overlying rock improve poor stress state, so as achieve purpose grouting.
